Missouri Off-Road Cyclists (MORC) is a mountain bike club located in Springfield, Missouri. As a chapter of the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA), MORC is committed to promoting responsible mountain biking and the preservation of natural resources. The club offers a variety of events and activities for mountain bikers of all skill levels, including group rides, races, and trail building and maintenance projects. Additionally, MORC works closely with local land managers and government agencies to ensure that mountain biking trails are developed and maintained in a sustainable manner. Missouri Off-Road Cyclists (MORC) is a non-profit 501(3)(c) organization. This means that the club is dedicated to promoting its mission of responsible mountain biking and environmental conservation, rather than making a profit. As a non-profit organization, MORC relies on the support of its members, volunteers, and donors to fund its activities and projects. Supported Regions
MORC is based out of Springfield, which is where i live. This club is only a free years old and has gone through some growing pains. At first I was reluctant to join, but the board and the direction they are headed is spot on!
MORC is more than just a cycling club; it's a community that celebrates the outdoors and the spirit of adventure. Their events are well-organized, their communication is top-notch, and the passion of the members is infectious. I can't recommend this organization enough to anyone in Springfield Missouri who loves to ride. Joining them is one of the best decisions I've made, and I'm proud to be a part of such a great group.
