Founded in 2008, the Penticton & Area Cycling Association (PACA) is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to building, maintaining, and advocating for cycling in all its forms across the South Okanagan.

From stewarding over 100 km of trails in the Three Blind Mice network to supporting road, gravel, and urban riding, PACA works at the intersection of riders, land managers, and community partners to create safe, sustainable, and accessible experiences.

Through trail development, skills programming, events, and advocacy, we help shape a cycling culture rooted in stewardship, inclusivity, and a deep connection to the landscapes we ride.

My friend and I rode 2 areas in Penticton...Three Blind Mice and Skaha Bluffs. Great trails; well maintained; well signed. Loved them! Locals super friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great shred.

Doing great things for the community. Pump Track, Neverland and flow trail are all legacies. Check out the bike valet at the Saturday markets.
