Pisgah Area SORBA is a volunteer organization dedicated to improving technical off-road biking recreational opportunities through advocacy for quality trail systems. PAS fosters relationships with community leaders, promotes volunteerism, and outdoor recreation that is consistent with environmental protection, thereby strengthening the community and quality of life.
PAS manages Trail projects on public lands, which are driven by volunteer work and fundraising. Pisgah Area Sorba has spent years building and maintaining hundreds of miles of trails in the Western North Carolina region as well as building and maintaining relationships with land managers and government agencies that are needed to have our voices as mountain bikers heard.
