Stafford Lake MTB Weekend Free Women/Girls Skills Clinics
Join us for our free XC and Dual Slalom skills clinics with Jessica Tseng.
There will be a Dual Slalom skills clinic at 10AM and an XC skills clinic at 1:30PM on Saturday, October 19th.
There is a limit of 20 riders for each clinic.
These clinics are a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded women and gain valuable knowledge.
What to Expect at the Clinics
This clinic is designed to empower female riders, whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just getting started. We'll cover various topics to help you improve your racing skills, boost your confidence, and find your edge on the trails. Here's what you can expect:
Top Racing Tips: Learn from experienced riders and get insights into race strategies that can make a difference on race day.
Nutrition Guidance: Discover the importance of fueling your body for peak performance and learn about nutrition for your riding needs.
Bike Setup: Get expert advice on optimizing your bike setup for XC racing, from saddle height to tire pressure.
Riding Techniques: Jessica will take you through essential riding techniques and drills to help you navigate the trails with finesse.
Whether you're a competitive racer or simply looking to enhance your mountain biking skills, this clinic is a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded women and gain valuable knowledge.
Following the clinics will be a Women-Only Pre-Ride of the Stafford Lake Rattler XC course.
