SaveTimberWest and the Nanaimo Mountain Bike Club wish to advise all users of trails in the Weigles Road area that road construction activities, including Falling, Blasting, Gravel Hauling and Excavator work, will begin Monday, November 5th 2018 on the north and west sides of Weigles Road. Effected trails are listed below. Hours of operations will be Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. For your SAFETY during these times please avoid the use of these trails and respect all signage. Due to the numerous trail intersections we will endeavor to manage the trail closure signage concurrently with road building activities. We anticipate that road building activities will conclude by December 31st 2018 (weather dependent). Be advised that trail access points along the road construction route may be temporarily altered or blocked with debris.
