Paarl Mountain Biking Trails

Paarl Trails is funded by the trail fees paid by trail users and donations. Before you access the trails please ensure that you have registered and paid and carry proof of payment with you for presentation on request.

I, the undersigned accept that my usage of the Paarl Trails that includes various activities, cycling, Hiking, running and other shall be entirely at my sole risk and herby indemnify Paarl Trails, Winelands Trails, Hero Legacy Project and all venues, trails and parks (hereby jointly referred to as the “service providers”), its employees, guides, agents or assigned and hold them harmless against any claim in which may otherwise be brought against the said service providers, by me, my executors, estate, dependants or assigns arising out of any injury or death to me or my property which I may suffer as a result of any act or omission by the said service providers, its agents or assigns weather such act or omission is negligent or not and whether such act of omission takes place during the actual course of instruction , usage, activity or not. I/We hereby acknowledge that I/we enter the premises/trails entirely at my/our own risk. I/we acknowledge that I/we are well acquainted and fully aware of and accept the real dangers and risks that are associated with visiting /using the Trails and all other features and the presence of wild and dangerous animals/reptiles, birds, insects and the risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death. I/we are fully aware that there are no lifesaving or medical facilities of any nature provided. I also agree that I have my own medical cover and will cover any costs associated if injured. I agree to all venues , trails and areas rules, indemnities and regulations as well as instructions of service providers, and all regulations as prescribed for the entire duration I am on the property . I also agree that this indemnity covers my entire stay and includes Trails and Venues associated to my visit . I also agree to visit the necessary website of paarl trails www.paarltrails.com and note all info on the trail boards at the venues including taking the emergency numbers down and Whatsapp Bot number and keeping on my person 071 157 5976 . no using trails alone , no helmet no ride and take note of the weather . Day Pass Costs : Adults R100.00 / Kids, Students and Pensioners R80.00 . Winelands North or Regional members ONLY, do not pay day passes
