When visiting Park City, it is a great place to start, as many of the trails are nice rolling singletrack, with not as much elevation gain as the surrounding ski resorts. There are several easy flow trails to learn skills on.
With Trailside Bike Park in close proximity, you can loop in some fun jumping trails, or mix and match what your riding group likes with by adding in some more difficult trails.

This is a great place to ski, it is free, and the Mountain Trails Foundation grooms the trails for both classic lanes and skate skiing regularly. They provide a good mix of easy up to more advanced difficulties.
