Description:
Needs a bit of a trim around the edges so its a bit overgrown, rain has hardened the sand a bit making it better than complete sand but still a bit bumpy, otherwise very fun trail with tricky narrow buts and a lot of awesome singletrack

All sand cannot pedal. Insanely deep ruts. Very narrow, horses ruined it. view

Major erosion, ruts are too narrow for pedals and take up the whole trail, most of the trail is unpacked sand, gets very close to the storm drain... view
