Dry. Its to bad that the NSMBA has made it a ascent trail and that Pennzoil is the only way down.

 Especially after it was built by the NSMBA to bypass the original trail that went by the houses. Too bad they couldn't open up that route again, or a trail in that area so that mountain bikers can continue to use this an exit and the hikers use one dedicated to them.
