Description:
March 5, 2021 pedaled from Orme road at the northern terminus to the trailhead on State highway 69. Headed up the two track road and saw the new trail under construction. Went cross country a rode a portion. Dry loose dirt with no compaction. When completed the mileage will be longer but a more pleasurable trip. Because of our last measurable rainfall Cattle damage occurs in several areas. Deep cow craters make for a bumpy ride. They love to hike the trail. Catclaw bushes will take a toll on bare legs. All in all a good and soon too be improved ride. I was the only one.
