Description:
Primary issue: The Lloyd Meadow Road is closed at Camp Whitsett, so there is no 'legal' access to the lower trailhead. If you ride from Dome Rock, out-n-back may save you a hefty ticket or other unpleasant consequences. There are no signs at the upper trailhead.
Secondary issue: Lots of deadfall, particularly near the top. There are walk/ride-arounds for some. None were really a hassle, except for the required dismount.
And, bears! There were lots of bear tracks, following the trail.
