Description:
Rode this 6/21/24. Ride log not showing up here but does under Freeman Creek Tr. Sand Hill - Dome Rock is entirely passable, but brush is coming back in and there are plenty of downed trees. The road bed was hard to follow in a few spots - one due to heavy brush and others due to vague tread. But you could usually pick it up remembering to look for a road bench. It was a pretty narrow jeep road in spots.

Near the bottom there are a number of stream crossings that have eroded into mini gulleys. Most are not hard to cross but do require dismount. Between that and the deadfall you'll be on and off the bike a lot. I probably wouldn't ride this again unless it gets cleared. Unfortunately with the fire damage deadfall will only get worse with time as almost the entire trail burned. As will the brush.

Definitely an adventure ride.
