Jackpot Trail Report - Dry - Aug 25, 2022

I rode from Lutsen to Tofte riding the High Climber to get to the Jackpot Trail. The trail passes thru beautiful forest. It has many rock gardens and laid rocks spots at low spots. In between the rock gardens, the trail flows nicely. The rock gardens do not have optional by- passes. So if you are not comfortable riding the rock gardens, you will be disappointed. However, these rock gardens can be ridden with power and speed by experienced riders. There were many uphill and downhill berms. It’s a great trail for its remoteness! But, be prepared as the trail can be humbling for an intermediate trail rider.
