Description:
The RMOW is conducting fuel thinning work, which will begin on Howler on Monday, August 7. The trail will be closed from that date until the project is finished. The anticipated end date will be in September, depending on conditions. This is important work to reduce the ability of fire to spread from the forest into the community and vice versa, and to make wildfires easier to fight.
