Has a pretty big water rut through most of the trail, but still mostly rideable. I'm not sure what standard conditions are though. view

 Is this still closed for cougar activity?

 No, it's not closed. Just seems like nobody with the right combination of gnarly riding abilities (to get down the trail) and computer nerd skills (to report on Trailforks afterwards) have been on it yet this season.
