Ideal conditions surface wise. Some drainage issues in some stretches have washed/rutted out. Some overhanging cat claw in a few spots. Lovely... view

Cat claw isn't as bad as previous years, but you're still gonna get scratched. Nice and scenic trail view

Completely dry. Some cat claw brush starting to grow back but not a factor yet. view

 Great loop. Def better counterclockwise as I would not have enjoyed some of the descents in the opposite direction. Still a bit of everything and a beautiful canyon midsection with purples, maroons, greens, blues and other rock formations. Saw an ultra rare black deer here so it's now marked as a favorite . A blue trail with some super tense sections but peaceful, secluded and low traffic. Maybe use a timber bell as it is a narrow singletrack with equestrian and hiker use and some ify blind turns.
