Description:
A family of three generations (8 year old to 75 year old) hiked the 8km (return) from Miral Heights (following Miral Heights Trail, Bluffs Trail, Rusty Chainsaw Trail, Bluffs Trail, Miral Heights Trail) back to Miral Heights in 2.5 hours. Miral Heights Trail was wet and muddy just before the Bluffs trailhead. Otherwise, all the trails were dry. Met trail runners, mountain bikers, and other hikers on the Rusty Chainsaw. Four of us found ticks on our bodies when we did a tick check at the end of the hike.
