Description:
It has come to our attention that due to all the heavy rain fall there is a Major heath and safty problem parts of the site have developed drainage issues and as a result quite a lot of trees have become unstable and as a result of this with deep regret I have had to CLOSE all the trails. This means riding at Cockhill is Prohibited and all three parts agree that any one who rides there from now could affect the future of the Bike Park. We still have to negotiate the land agreement with the owners and they have said that if there is any issues with people still riding there it will be SHUT DOWN
