Description:
Along the lowest quarter mile of trail, removed the long unused, unmaintained 4 barbed wire fence adjacent to the trail. Rolled the wire up and hauled it to the metal recycling pile at the landfill. Approximately 95 percent of the wire was on the ground and caused several potentially severe mishaps to people traveling the trail because of the scattered barbed wire across the trail.
