Description:
This trail has great potential if some sections in the middle have the flow improved. Don't be tricked into thinking this is a 3000' decent without some climbing and hiking. There are about six significant downed trees currently. About half way down in the creek area there is a significant land slide that has taken out 15 feet or so of the trail, it's walkable. Surface conditions past the 1/2 way point consists of lots of dry needles and leaves, which can lead to interesting traction situations on the steep sections. Overall, a solid black trail that needs a little love in terms of improving the bench of the trail in some areas.
