Description:
When I said this was too dry to ride I meant it. Now over 7 hours of work has been nearly destroyed. This is a blatant disregard for the hard work the ONE person is doing on this trail. It's not very motivating for me to continue to work on this when there is a lack of respect coming from people using the trail. This is not only disrespectful but unsafe, as the condition this is right now is pretty much not rideable. I am not going to be adding any more alternate lines. I'll just put dirt on what's already here, atleast then it won't get destroyed. As for this line, I might have to dismantle it because I would rather have no option than an option that is dangerous.

welcome to trail building, wet or dry, people are going to ride it. Pubic forum rants dont help curb it and does not represent the other builders on the hill well

I agree the rant was out of place. However, if I come across a section of trail that is clearly blocked off with no tire marks I have a good enough understanding of trail etiquette to know that I shouldn't ride it. The thing that bothered me at the time was the conscious decision to move the trees and ride it, knowing that it would cause heavy damage. I understand these things are out of our control but the trail users should have a general understanding of etiquette. I have nothing but respect for you and the other builders out here, it's just disheartening when this trail has been derelict for years and I'm trying my best to contribute.
