Lots of down trees
Lots of river crossings (I ran in 3.5 miles and crossed the stream 34 times. 2/3 of them required walking through the river.)
The trail is undercut by the river in places.
The trail is overgrown as one gets higher up. My legs were a mess from pushing through the grass, brambles, and stinging nettle.
