 All the trails in Pineview generally remain in decent shape. Each day they become a little drier and looser so beware of steep downhills with gravel build up. Daytime rides are very quiet . No one on the trails and parking lot empty. Though 30 plus temps the rides are very comfortable with all the cooling tree cover. Very minimal bear activity in the whole region. One bear scat seen on a 12 k ride and it is at least 3 days old.
