Description:
SDMB cleared brush and performed tread work on his trail from the Bear Canyon Split down to the saddle which is about 3/4 mile. It's down tree free, manzanita brushed back and many corners and narrow sections of trail widened. This trail is not optimal for mountain bikes but it' gets a lot of hiker use and SDMB as the only official volunteer trail work group on Mt Graham tuned this trail up as a thank you to the USFS Safford District for their support of pro trail resources and funding on other SDMB focus sections of trail on Middle Ladybug and Arcadia Trail. I’d love to help, but live out of state. We come to visit my grandpa, C.B. Fletcher. Who can I contact to get better info on the trails or to meet up with to go ride with? Or get more info on trail maintance events and see if we can come down for them ?
