Description:
I rode down Third Flats rd, and up Windmill Rd to Tab in attempt to loop back on Little Park rd at Bangs Canyon TH. I rode it on a gravel bike and got a more adventure than a bargained for. Would not recommend on a gravel bike due to the sustained tech descending going down to Rough Canyon and prevalent stretches of fine loose sand making pedaling on anything less than 2.5 in tires impossible. Beautiful area and not super well trafficked. Worth exploring on a trail hardtail or a full suspension mountain bike.
