Description:
We rode the “mountain bike trail” option rather than the coastal track, which is closed due to a slip. The Mountain bike trail was really a walking track that was very steep and required hike-a-bike for the full distance of the climb. This is grade 4, without a doubt. The desents was grade 4 steepness too. Don’t underestimate this track. It will be very slippery in the wet as the track base is clay.

This trail really shouldn’t be listed on trail forks as a blue mtb trail. It is a 4wd farm track with a grade too steep for most people to ride.... view
