Jul 22, 2025 Strawberry Ridge Trail Report

Rode the entire ridge July 9th. Bottom half is clear and good, top half (North of FR 2516) had some blowdown and snowfields to cross, but not enough to keep you out. Note that if I were to do it again I'd skip the portion North of FR 2516, it's a lot of pushing the bike on a hiking trail, especially the Boundary Trail getting up to ridge. I generally don't mind some pushing and long hard rides, so heed this warning if you're not into suffering.
