Description:
The big 60 + mph windstorm brought down over 160 trees across the trail between Jesse's Viewpoint and the Moccasin Ridge Trail junction. Major chainsaw work will be required to reopen the trail next summer. The lower portion of the trail on the old roadbed has about 10 trees down, mostly in the upper portion.
