Construction Bypass Trail Report - Dry - Mar 30, 2026

Beth Nealson is now closed and there is security at the south end as late as 9pm when i went by, for the time being at least. The opening in the fence by the community gardens is still there, and my understanding as given by the metrolinx rep last year was that this access would remain open throughout the construction. However, the security dude will know nothing about this. So if you were trying to access the trail there you could maybe talk your way past him. If you were exiting there, you'd be past him before he noticed you, because he's facing and focusing on people trying to enter the area, not leave the area.
