Description:
At some point in the past couple weeks the contractor pushed the construction fencing back and downhill by about 8 or 10 feet, so it now slightly obstructs the final exit. Only about 20 feet of the trail is affected, it is an easy lift-over.

Trail is fine, but fence at the top is a bit of mess. Doesn't lead anywhere out, but i imagine you could enter from here. view
