Description:
The 'zigzag' part of Silent Steve's original zigzag bridge has been cancelled by someone that apparently just never liked it the way it was originally built. As I've been maintaining that structure since 2018, i'm obligated to identify that this was not my doing, and furthermore, i'm done with maintaining quads, it's for other folks who may be interested to step in. I can say I leave the various structures in a generally good condition (and i beg to differ with reports of their demise which appeared last year, sorry i missed those at the time)

New wave of doers in the valley with less balls and skill...should stop modding and dumbing down features...I you cant ride it get better...spend that time you swing hammer to learn new skill. Quads is a relic. the only work should be maintenance. I have a video of that original build with OG faces and of course Steve...all local cedar and nails...good ol times

Spotted that today and I was in disbelief. I could never commit to riding that but it added a lot of character to the trail. Sad 
I think I left one of the reports about the state of the bridges last year. It's just hard to tell how structurally sound they are at a glance and the handcut deck planks are quite old and worn. Thanks for your work maintaining it.
