Description:
I rode this route on 5/23/26, and there were many sections that involved hike a bike for hours due to the thick snowy areas. Lots of water flowing due to the melting snow. There were also many trees down. Not suggested to ride until later in the season when maintenance can be done to clear the trails and snow is melted. I was with a group of five riders and we should have turned around upon the first snowy area. It was first time doing this route and was one of the hardest treks I've ever done due to the snow. My wheels would get locked up and not turn with all the snow buildup in my fenders and I would have to drag my bike.
