Description:
With active logging operations on Government Mountain Road (FS Road 6511), there are several downed trees blocking the top of Cow Camp Trail. Please consider avoiding the area during working hours M-F, and do not interfere with logging operations. Be prepared to navigate felled trees and proceed at your own risk.

Seems like logging activity is paused for now, and the trail is open. Will need to watch for announcements from the Forest Service. view

Logging activity has closed FS Rd 6511. Avoid during working hours M-F and do not impede logging activities. view

Clear of any obstacles. Significant ruts from quads and others, but not really an issue for the purpose of a climb trail out of Cow Camp. view
