Very sketchy with the overgrowth and sections where the entire bench has washed out leaving very exposed, loose, hike a bike moments. Would not recommend.

IMO, the Windy Ridge portion of the trail is really not worth it. Views to Spirit lake are amazing but the last 1/2 mile of the eastern portion... view
