Jul 31, 2026 Ghost Hollow Loop 2 Trail Report

Innumerable trees down. Almost all on the west side of the loop. All were passable but a major flow killer. We would have turned around after it became apparent this was the theme for the trail today but we last rode these trails in 2012 and who knows when we’ll be back with our bikes. There was a significant wind storm yesterday and it appeared that most or all of the blow down was due to that. Other than that this trail is overgrown in spots and is due for some brushing. It clearly sees less traffic than other trails in the system due to the tech jank throughout the trail. But just drop your tire pressures below 20 lbs and take pleasure in the challenge!
