Description:
WARNING: there is a hornets nest right on the trail - at the bottom of the final open area just as the trail re-enters the forest. The nest is under roots next to a large (3' diameter) fir tree (can't miss it). Best to hike-a-bike to the left of the tree.

Dry on the rocks, gravel makes it slippery. Few trees over the trail. view
