Description:
Plenty of mud patches but able to skit around outside of most to avoid the bearing-destroying fine-grained mud.
Concrete barriers just past the hut have stopped motor vehicles. So track is not as compacted as normal, leaving it loose and weathered = techy and super fun conditions for a mountain bike.
