Description:
Major erosion (major ruts or slumping, large boulders and roots exposed due to erosion)
The section that utilizes the small footbridge has been extensively washed out and is not rideable. A significant portion of the earthen bank supporting the bridge has eroded and much is washed away.

The beginning portion of the trail behind the gate is muddy and contains standing water. Use the road and then climb the fence.

Rutting in other sections is minor save for a single spot where it could described as "moderate".
