Trail is trimmed at the bottom and substantially completed. One large tree down at the first switchback. view

 Northernmost part of this trail is on a parcel owned by Spokane County. see: cp.spokanecounty.org/SCOUT/Map/Default.aspx?PID=54103.9002

Unfortunately people that have used/abused this land in the past are having growing pains with the idea that this area is now transitioned into a park with restricted usage types.

 Do you happen to have GPS of the spot? This is very much not on private land. It does go right up to the border though. At the northern most point.
