This route follows Trail 4 for a minimal amount of riding, which is a shared motorized trail.

A big Boise loop which climbs up a service road for most of the climb and down singletrack, with some intermixed single track traversing and climbing. It's a pretty exposed route but give you sweeping views of the entire Treasure Valley, the Owyhee Mountains, and - once on the approach to 5 Mile Gulch - distant views of the Southern Sawtooths.
