Nice Doumont loop, mostly flow, geat for beginner to intermediate riders. Takes about an hour, avoids super rooty sections and big hits in favour of woodsy flow.

Detailed Description
All Flow is a 6 mile popular intermediate route located near Nanaimo British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a easy overall physical rating. This route includes 11 trails. This route climbs 775 ft with a max elevation of 1,337 ft then descends -768 ft.
