Starting at the Bathurst Visitor Information Centre this loop covers sections of the popular river walk path along the Macquarie River Bicentennial Park and Learmonth Park. Following the park path up to Stephans Lane, and detouring vial Gilmour street and Hereford Street to loop back on the park path at the Hereford bridge crossing.

This loop is an easy trail that can make a great morning or afternoon ride along the river and through the park.

Bathurst River Loop is a 4 mile less popular easy route located near Bathurst. This mountain bike primary route can be used both directions and has a easy overall physical rating. This route climbs 26 ft with a max elevation of 2,161 ft then descends -42 ft.
