This was my third time to Bayview. I planned this route to avoid the hardest trails (Sorceress and Wolf Peach). It still takes in Vegie-mite which has loose rocks, is narrow and a bit tricky. You can avoid it if not confident.
The best part starts at You're Kidding and it has 11km of nearly continuous single trails through to the end of Sharks Tail. IO is a very unkept trail, best to avoid.
A good challenging ride without steep hills.
