Great trail under perfect conditions. No obstructions but a little loose and dusty dilute to no recent rain. I wish it had better views but the scenery amongst the trees is gods enough. Those climbs are challenging but the flow is rewarding (clockwise is definitely more fun).

This trail is flowy Midwest mountain biking at its best. I rode in mid June and it was in fantastic shape. I did the whole trail and didn't see another person the whole time! Make sure to go floating on one of the local rivers while you're down here! Makes for a great trip

I'm from Potosi but never got into Mountain Biking until I moved to Houston! I can't wait to come back home and try it out.

This old IMBA HOF Epic trail is improving every year. The Ozark Trail Association just received another Recreational Trail Program (RTP) grant to continue rehab work (phase 4). The new grant will fund just over 2 miles of re-routes on the eastern side of the loop adding to the 2.4 miles opened on Memorial Day, 2015. About 5 miles of re-routes on the western side that runs concurrent with the Courtios section was completed in 2012. When completed, the OTA with the help of our friends at GORC, will have re-routed over 10 miles of the 26 mile loop. We will definitely be after IMBA to restore full Epic status of this great trail!!
