Detailed Description
Bethpage Large Flow Loop is a 9 mile popular expert route located near Old Bethpage New York. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 10 trails. This route climbs 418 ft with a max elevation of 152 ft then descends -417 ft.
