Loop starting and ending in the main parking lot by the bathrooms and picnic area in Bethpage State Park. Hits the Brickyard, Evil Friends, part of Ninja vs Unicorn and Pecks Path along with Catacombs and part of Aspen trail. Contains the jumps berms and other advanced trail features.

Detailed Description
Bethpage Large Flow Loop is a 9 mile popular expert route located near Old Bethpage New York. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 11 trails. This route climbs 412 ft with a max elevation of 152 ft then descends -408 ft.

My favorite trail in Bethpage Skate Park, kinda cool how there are just chunks of bricks everywhere, it adds a uniqueness to the terrain i don’t think you will find anywhere else
