Braeval Loop (Viewpoint Version) is a 16 mile less popular red route located near Aberfoyle. This mountain bike primary route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 4 trails. This route climbs 2,055 ft with a max elevation of 957 ft then descends -2,051 ft.

Fantastic route but watch out for idiot car drivers on the Forest Road- or go when it is closed to cars.
Some forestry felling going on above Loch Venachar which has a minor diversion in place. We did the route anti-clockwise so this was on our final section back to the Loch
