July 6th. Awesome trail conditions. Grass and meadow leans in a bit on the trail in places, but no stinging nettles whatsoever. LOTS of bugs to eat, and get in our eyes. Trail is already dusty. Two water crossings. The lake and backdrop is stunning, and worth the ride up. Not a difficult climb at all, mostly flat, 3 or so rock gardens that require some reasonable skill to navigate. Fun time. EMPTY at 5:30pm on a Wednesday evening. One other biker, all else clear. I recommend highly, for variety. If you want a hard climb, go elsewhere. You want a mellow ride that's nice and long, with a BIG payoff in the view at the end, well then this is the trail. "nuff said.

White Pine made everything worth the ride. However I would not do Bunchgrass downhill again. Several miles of 6” wide single track with 2-3 foot tall stinging nettle. Most painful ride I’ve ever had. Covered in blood and scratches by the end of the ride even though I never crashed.

Do you like cows? Do you like slapping weeds and plants the entire way down a trail? Do you day-dream about going 30 mph down the trail without having any features to negotiate or side-hits to enjoy? Is your idea of a great trail just a more bumpy skinny sidewalk? Is your idea of a great trail a cross - country bore/sufferfest with one 20 ft rock garden to spice things up? If so, you've found your nirvana trail! Congratulations!

For everyone else that likes a little variety in their trails, steer clear of this over-rated cow trail. Pretty tired of these glowing reviews about "must ride" trails in Logan that end up being less fun than the stokes nature trail. I should've followed my gut and just gone the three minutes up the road to stump.

One of my absolute favorite trails in Northern UT. I generally loop it (clockwise) with the paved road to Tony Grove Lake and the White Pine trail with a stop at White Pine Lake.

Ended up riding up and then back down this. Great climb until the last mile or so where it’s pretty steep and loose. Very enjoyable downhill. Recommend visiting the lake. A very fun long singletrack, frequented by horses.

Good trail with a lot of everything. Fun and rocky at the top, tame in the middle but with big open beautiful meadows. Some climby and traversy bits in the middle so but the rest is great with a super fun fast and flowy end. Would ride again for sure
