Wood features are all still there and trail is lots of fun! Rode it three times this morning. Ray rays however has all been torn down. Don’t bother riding it.

Trail Ray Ray's Fun Factory
Riding pretty good. Some features look to be getting renewed.

Trail destroyed by Wesgroup. All wood features have been chainsawed. RIP Green Bastard.

Most likely, as with Ray's, the jumps probably had nothing to do with it. Liability is a thing of the past......
I wish the builders had invested the time on trails or a new one higher up that would of survived. Now that they are gone, all the work is for naught. It is not like anyone didn't know all lower trails are condemned for construction anyway so it seems to me no one should be surprised.

The trail was actually destroyed by a vandal. Wesbuild has no issues with the trail.

Riding really nice right now, dusting of snow, drops and jumps are in perfect shape

People need to stop wrecking green bastard! me and friends just filled in breaking bumps and smoothed the trail out a few weeks ago and its already destroyed again from people slamming on there breaks and riding it in the wet. So don't complain if green bastards in bad shape. You can blame the teens that ride it when its pouring.

I hear Burke is looking for another trail builder. Care to throw your name in the hat?

Just. Wow.
Good flow, lots of features for the itermediate rider, and easy enough for the novice.

Awesome trail! Except for the single meter-high drop with a totally flat landing. Still 5*****

First time at burke, did all the blues and some blacks. This and ridden art were awesome trails! A must ride for anyone in the area! Props to the builders for building such a great trail!

Trail Ray Ray's Fun Factory
Great glory trail and nice gaps at the end

Trail Ray Ray's Fun Factory
I think given the nature of the trail and all its optionable features, to make it more of a "fun factory" it would be cool to add some skinnies as we don't see too much of those on burke mountain
[Reply]

Trail Ray Ray's Fun Factory
Sorry we won’t be adding any features like that here. Do some research and I’m sure you will find some on the shore and in the valley
[Reply]

Trail Ray Ray's Fun Factory
Ah all good, yeah I know they're out there just gotta go out and find em. Thanks for the quick reply though, and sweet work on the trails at burke

Trail Ray Ray's Fun Factory
The core of the trail is totally blue, but with features like 10+ feet gap jumps, those can be considered black.

Dear trail fairy, not exactly sure how to get a hold of you. But I met you a couple months ago I believe and you had a dog. I’ve been wanting to get out and do some trail building is there any way to contact you? I’ve never done any type of building but I’d like to support the trails.

Trail Ridden Art
One of my favorite trails, highly recommended
[Reply]

Trail Green Bastard
There’s like a solid wood “closed” sign permanently bolted at the entrance. Is this trail open?
[Reply]

Trail Green Bastard
It’s not bolted and it’s usually covered up when the trail is obviously open. Due to the greedy nature of unskilled riders it usually gets closed during heavy rains. This is not a trail you ride during or after a storm.

Thank you. Just wanted to make sure. The work done this year is great and I didn't want to mess anything up. Respect to the builders!

why the question marks? Just saying thanks for everyones hard work on building it
[Reply]

Trail Green Bastard
Do read too much into the question marks... Trailforks doesn't always know what a character or icon is and substitutes questions marks.

Huge props to the builders who revamped green bastard, the woodwork and flow of this trail is fantastic!

Trail Ray Ray's Fun Factory
There is already 2-3 segments made for Green Bastard. Too short of a run with too many other trails close by throwing off gps data. Enjoy the trail thx

Trail Ray Ray's Fun Factory
Did you build both? Green B. as well as Ray Ray's?
[Reply]

Trail Ray Ray's Fun Factory
Amazing new work done here which makes it probably the flowiest trail on Burke now. So good. Thank you. My only problem is that Strava/Trailforks currently doesn't pick it up as a trail. Is there something we can do about that?

Hi Greg - I just saw your comment: Can you please confirm who posted the pictures you're referring to and I'll delink the ones that aren't correct from the trail. I just went through here on Nov 12 and posted a bunch from Ridden Art so I want to make sure they are right. Thanks!
[Reply]

Trail Ridden Art
Well all the pics on Ridden Art trail before your new great ones were of Recycle. What I think looks the best of course for trail pics is a rider riding some feature.

Trail Ridden Art
Best trail on Burke, can be ridden in any condition, medium size jumps, drops, cool wooden features, but the ending is bit gnarly

To whomever found my work tuned it better for the general public and opened it I thank you. It was never my intention to leave it unfinished but between diviorce and relocation I never returned just heard a trail fairy was at work over there. sincerely, the original visionary

Trail Garbage
This trail is actually called "the last trail" long ago locals named it and some hooligans came and put up a sign "GARBAGE" because the trail was rough. This trail is actually my favorite at Burke with some kick ass jumps through out, they have been recently fixed up.
