Lots of bang for the limited amount of time it takes. Easily accessible if you park on Canyon Pointe Rd above the tunnel.

Skip the upper section and enter from Longview.

Might be one of the worse trails in the area. Doesnt get riddden much so its pretty over grown. Lot of potential where the put it - just didnt do it right. I like the roughness it has but its so tight and switch backy that a lot of riders just avoid it - the jumps were fun when it first got build but is very roller over now. Hopefully they can bring it some life

To avoid going on the crappy part of this trail, you should pedal up turkey road and then go on to the trail. The upper section is defidently black and has almost no berms, it practically all flat corners, which makes for a very slow ride. This section of trail is also very tight, and has unexpected turns, so be careful.

Bad trail, I overshot one jump a little bit, and flew off the trail cause there was a turn immediately after. I smashed my face into a tree trunk getting the worst bloody nose I’ve ever gotten, and two holes in my upper lip( see pic). Now I have to go to a PLASTIC SURGON TO GET STITCHES, because it’s an important part of my face and it will look real weird when I’m older if I don’t. This procedure will cost 8,000 dollars, cause this trail is so poorly built

Not much fun, I much rather prefer blue and blacks, but even for a green it isn’t much fun

Not nearly as fun as the lower section, after you cross over the road, but it is still fun

I love this trail as it is, very different from anything else in the area. This might be my favorite in the area.

After discovering and riding it several times in the last few days it has become one of my favorites in the Corner Canyon area. The first post got it right calling old-school hand cut. IMO it's an accurate characterization and what I especially like about it.

I am a beginner rider and a big guy. The upper part had a lot of loos dirt today and my bike slipped out from me a couple times but once you get past that it’s amazing. Great trail to learn how to turn. You can make it shorter if you don’t have time at a couple connections from Longview and the turkey trail.

I didn't know this trail existed until I saw the sign on the way up peak view. Glad I found it! I'm a very intermediate rider that does 95 percent of my riding in Corner Canyon. The top part was absolutely a challenge for me (in a good way). Comparing to the rest of the blue trails in Corner Canyon, that section might be a black. The bottom 3/4 was super fun and great to hone my skills. Mellow jumps that are perfect for a rider of my skill level. Knowing it's multi-use and multi-directional I was pretty nervous the whole time about seeing someone coming up. Ditto what others said - should be downhill only.

This is the price you pay for riding Achtung Baby. Pray to your MTB Deity and hope it’s not July when you set out to climb this shadeless purgatory. Honestly— it rides easily but it’s an absolute slog, especially after coming up and over from Draper

Ditto too section more technical, flowing fast bottom 3/4. Fun fun, I like the variety and challenges of the top section, but also made the lower section more sweet. Hogs hollow trailheads are a mess.

Love this trail. Upper section feels narrow and old school (like what riding in PC felt like in the 1990s.) Lower part is fast and flowy, with plenty of air opportunities, but still enough rocks in the trail that it still feels like a "trail." My main gripe with riding CC is that so many of the trails feel like they're built for roadies-who-want-to-ride-on-dirt. Not this one, which is a delightful addition to the CC network.

Re all the downhill comments- this trail is fast enough and will likely be popular enough that a downhill-only designation would likely make sense. But I disagree with the "couldn't climb it anyway" comments. It's not that steep or technical; a decent rider could climb it just fine.

I would consider the upper portion (above Turkey Road) to be a black advanced trail. The rest of the trail I would say is upper intermediate since there are still a lot of loose rocks on the trail. There are some new "easier" bypass sections, which I found to be harder than the main trail since they still have a lot of baseball sized rocks on the trail.

Dido to many of the comments here. 3/4 of this trail is incredible. Makes up for the first 1/4. The berms are some of the best around. Don’t go up. You will understand why when you go down.

This trail was a blast. The middle/bottom section felt a lot like the best parts of Rush and Limelight. Berms we’re amazing and all the jumps were super fun. Top section isn’t very flowy but it’s totally worth it for the middle and bottom. No way this should be multidirectional. A few really fast and blind turns could be dangerous for riders riding up.

Holy cow this one is fun. Not for beginners but intermediate riders all day.

Didn’t see a hiker but I could see hikers wanting to use the lower section. I’ll consider using a bell if it becomes an issue.

This really should be downhill only. There are a few sections that would be very dangerous for hikers/bikers coming up - fast tight turns and jumpable sections.

Overall a fun trail, but it needs a little more work/ ridden a bit more to harden up some of the turns.

I have seen signs that this new trail was closed for the last couple of months and I have been looking forward to checking it out. The closed signs are down and the trail is open. I’m not the best mountain biker- I’m a 60 y/o old timey dude. I started the trail; at the top I began to think “what have I got myself in to?” I passed two bikers on their way up the trail and they looked beat. I started to consider bailing on the first crossing of Turkey Road- I am glad I didn’t. The trail widened up with some great trail — then some great berms. I’m not the best at taking berms at speed however, there are so many awesome berms that I started getting used to them and taking them faster. This trail has great scenery and turned out to be one of the most satisfying fun I have ever done. When I got to the bottom on Hog Hollow road I felt like a better biker. It really should be a down hill only trail - I have no idea how you would ride up all the steep corners. I spend most my time on this side of the mountain and I am glad this challenging trail is now available.

Not gonna lie I wasn't expecting much from this trail, but after riding it it's actually pretty fun. The top section has some spots that already need work because people have too much speed going into some corners without any berm whatsoever so they blow the outside out, but the bottom 2/3 of the trail is much better.

Trails needs a lot of work removing stumps, packing down the trail so it's not incredibly loose and dusty, and in general making it a better trail. As is, not my cup of tea by any means.

This trail is fantastic. The upper feels like AF Canyon - rugged, narrow…similar to Mercer Mountain but to a higher level. The lower 2/3rds the berms are FANTASTIC. Whoever built this did a fabulous job and it will get even better with more tires on it. Should be a bike only and frankly downhill only trail. Please don’t ride up it. Go up Longview and Peacemaker.

Trail is open and ready to rip! Top section is slow and tight through the trees. The rest of it has good berms, jumps, corners, and occasional rock gardens to roll or boost over. Tons of fun, would recommend! Can’t wait until it gets more tires and runs even faster.

Great little trail with lots of small rollers. Would be excellent for beginners especially because the climb up is easy. I’ll be taking my boys up here soon.

Can easily climb back to top or continue down to lower Achtung.

From the signage I believe they are spelling it "Pork-U-Pine" I suppose its a play on the fact that cuts to hog hollow.
