Opened on November 22, 2024 the Cobalt-Eagle loop is a 3-mile beginner friendly flow trail sure to put a smile on everyone's face. Cobalt was rerouted and opened to bikes in 2024 and Eagle trail got a rolly makeover at the same time. Best ridden counterclockwise (up Cobalt and down Eagle) this loop is great for kids looking for a short ride from the Boulder Valley Ranch trailhead or a fun add-on to longer rides. For extra credit, ride the Side trail singletrack that parallel Sage to get back to the trailhead.
